Cardano (ADA) founder Charles Hoskinson made humorous yet noteworthy remarks about the cryptocurrency markets and its rival Ethereum (ETH). Hoskinson predicted that the FED would cut interest rates and said: “The Fed will cut rates, then the CLARITY Act will come, and then we'll have a massive bull rally.” Continuing his speech, Hoskinson touched upon the possibility of Cardano surpassing Ethereum in terms of market value and commented on this scenario in a rather humorous manner: “If ADA surpasses ETH, it will be a brain aneurysm for Ethereum.
