Legal expert Bill Morgan, known for his active commentary on cryptocurrency regulations, shared new SEC documents on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Among these documents, Flora Growth Corp.'s Form 10-Q filing, which includes holdings of XRP, Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL), stands out. The company stated on its website that these digital asset purchases are a strategy aimed at strengthening its financial health. According to the company's Form 8-K filing, it planned to purchase $10 million worth of XRP on May 28, 2025, through its subsidiary, Ault Capital Group Inc. The company also announced that it would begin disclosing its crypto holdings monthly starting in August. This corporate activity isn't limited to the US. China-based Webus International filed a 6-K filing to create an XRP-focused institutional fund management system worth approximately 41.7 billion won (approximately $30 million).
