In a response to an alarming case of AI misuse at Westfield High School, Congressman Tom Kean Jr. (R-Westfield) is spearheading efforts to address the lack of legal infrastructure regulating artificial intelligence (AI). Following a disturbing incident brought to light by a 14-year-old constituent, Francesca Mani, Kean has introduced the AI Labeling Act of 2023.
